Dementia Talk

Dementia Talk knows that there are good days and bad days when it comes to caring for someone with dementia. We set out to build and app that could ease this process. The app allows caregivers to track and monitor the behaviours for those they tend to in real time. Multiple people caring for the same individual? All data can be shared between caregivers with multiple logins on the same account permitted. The app also features useful information and tips for caregiving, and even has self-care tips so that caregivers remember to take care of themselves.
